What items are banned from entry to the tournament?
Alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, and outside food and/or drinks. Prohibited items that are discovered during bag inspections must either be returned to your vehicle or discarded. There will be no on site storage provided for these or any other items. Guests arriving by public transportation must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made.

At what time do gates open?
Monday-Saturday gates will open at 9:30am. Sunday gates will open at 11am.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased in advance online here and then picked up at will call at the main gate. Also, tickets can be purchased at the main gate via cash or credit card. Please check ticket page for pricing.

I’m a sponsor, how do I get in?
We will have a sponsor check in table at the main gate. There you will receive your credentials and any other information you might need.

We will have a volunteer check in table at the main gate. There you will receive your credentials and instructions on your post and duties.

Will I be able to buy food and drink at the tournament?
Yes, concession-style food and beverage will be available for purchase daily. Additionally, food trucks will be on site from 11am-2pm Friday-Sunday.

Where is the Baptist Health Little Rock Open event?
The Baptist Health Little Rock Open event will be held at the Rebsamen Tennis Center. The address is 1501 Leisure Pl., Little Rock, AR 72204. For more information on the site, click here.

How does the draw work and when is it held?
The draw will consist of 48 singles players, and 16 doubles teams. The draw will take place on Monday, June 3rd.

When is the schedule determined and how can I find it?
The next day’s schedule is determined each late afternoon/evening. At approximately 7 pm each evening the schedule and match times for the following day will be posted on LittleRockOpen.com, the Baptist Health Little Rock Open facebook, and atptour.com.

What is the rain/wind policy?
Every attempt will be made to play matches as scheduled. In the event of rain or wind, matches will be rescheduled at the discretion of the tournament referee. All changes will be posted to LittleRockOpen.com, the Baptist Health Little Rock Open facebook page, and atptour.com.

Can I take photos at the tournament?
Cameras without flash may be used to capture photos/videos for personal and private domestic use. Videos and photographs may not be reproduced, cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the written consent of the ATP World Tour, USTA, or Baptist Health Foundation.

Will I be able to get player autographs?
Fans are welcome to request autographs from the players as appropriate, provided that they are respectful of player’s time and schedule. Please check the Event Calendar (coming soon) for scheduled autograph signings.

Are there reserved seats?
The only reserved seats are on the Stadium Court on Saturday & Sunday. The reserved area is for sponsors only and will be roped off. All other seating is first come, first served.

Which players are competing in the tournament?
The player field will be announced about 2 weeks prior to the tournament, with additional wild card players announced closer to the event. The qualifying round will determine who the final players in the main draw will be.
