Join the fun as a volunteer at our tennis tournament! From ball crew (10+) to court prep and more, there’s a role for you. Get a shirt and make a difference.
Ball Crew Opportunities
Ball persons are needed throughout the entirety of the tournament. Must be 10 years of age or older. A shirt will be given to each crew person to wear during their shift with the option of purchasing a second shirt if working multiple shifts. A mandatory training session will be offered at three different times the week before the tournament. Tennis experience is required. Learn More

Court Facilities Volunteers
The Court Facilities volunteers are responsible for a variety of jobs to ensure the needs of the players, spectators and other volunteers are met. Their job includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing courts for matches with towels, ice and drinks.
- Assisting officials during matches.
- Filling ice chests throughout the facility.
- Emptying trash cans.
- Overseeing and joining the ball crew on the courts if needed.
Junior volunteers need to be at least 15 years old and have tennis experience.
Other Event Volunteer Roles
- Main Gate – greeting, sponsor passes, volunteer check-in
- Information Kiosk – passing out programs, draw sheets, maps, etc.
- First Aid Nurse – staffing the first aid booth and able to give first aid if needed (credentials required)
- Security – checking badges for entry into restricted areas
- Stadium Court Ushers – managing the flow of traffic into stands during play
